Gary has an extensive background covering over 25 years in finance, commercial real estate, banking, and commercial mortgage activities. Gary is recognized for his knowledge and creative insight in packaging both complex and diverse commercial real estate and mortgage transactions. He is frequently sought after to speak publicly to private and civic groups on real estate, investment and financial strategies. Gary has been recognized as one of Spokane's Top Producers for the past Four years.

Gary's negotiating expertise recently took on the successful challenge of the rehabilitation of the 34 year old 32,000 square foot Medicus Professional Center which is adjacent to the Good Samaritan Convalescent Center and across the street from the Spokane Valley Hospital in the Spokane Valley. The building was less than 50% occupied when Gary started the project. As the rehabilitation progressed, Gary negotiated new leases and the building was restored to 92% occupancy in less than one year. One of the leases included a 10,000 square foot relocation and expansion of Cancer Care Northwest. Upon the building being leased, Gary also negotiated a very successful sale of the building on behalf of the owners to an investment group.

Over the past four years Gary has been involved in over $30,000,000 in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and commercial mortgage transactions. The most recent highlight is the year 2005, with over $7,800,000 in commercial sales.

Gary relocated here to Spokane five years ago from the Tri-Cities where he and his family had lived since graduating from Eastern Washington University in 1974. Gary has been with Windermere Real Estate/Valley for 2 years and holds the distinction of being the number one commercial sales agent. Prior to Windermere Commercial, Gary held a position as a commercial real estate agent with Tomlinson Black Commercial in downtown Spokane and earned membership in the Tomlinson Black Presidents Club for outstanding sales over the three years he was with that firm.
