Need More Room?

Still scratching my head...Rates are low, Inventory is Great, Sellers want to sell, Buyers can get a tax credit...why isn't there a line outside our door?  Actually, homes are selling.  We have an agent who had two listings sell last week with multiple offers.  Come on buyers!  Now is the time to buy.  Donald Trump even said now is a good time to buy on Good Morning America!   Here is a link to the video.
