Yahoo. The snow is melting and guess what? Buyers are going to Open Houses! You have to love the middle of February in Spokane. In case you are interested here is what $12.5 Million will get you in Sedona, AZ. I've just returned from AZ to play some golf in the sun! It was great because I played golf with people from all over the US and Canada. You will probably find it hard to believe but guess what we talked about...? Yep, real estate. Each person I chatted with had different views and perspectives on real estate. Which leaves me to believe this, all markets are different. Sure some areas of the country are really slow and prices have fallen. Some areas, according to their residents, not real estate professionals, are "dead". However, they all OWN HOMES. And they are happy that they do! Spokane still subscribes to the motto "slow and steady wins the race". Remember the hare and the tortoise? Our market is picking up even as we speak. Our home prices are great and if you recall a previous blog on January 23rd, I talked about buying conditions for first time buyers and renters. The guys I played with from Sedona pointed this home out to me. A "normal" home on this golf course runs around $600,000. We are so fortunate here in Spokane to have awesome living conditions and great home prices. Take the time to contact your Realtor of choice or send us an e mail here. We can help and advise you whether you are thinking of buying or selling! Here is another picture for your enjoyment. Especially if you have the winter blues. This is from Gold Canyon - Dinosaur Mountain in AZ. A gorgeous par 4 dogleg left from elevated tees. By the way I parred it!!
