Well, here we are in snowy Spokane. Most of us anxious for WARMER weather and perhaps some melting snow. I have to admit, though, that I did spend some time in the wintery mountains of Idaho this past week and it was truly a treat to see so much snow. I even tried to break my back snowboarding with my 6 year old son. Let's just say he lands a little softer than Dad. Then, since I did not have enough fun being taken down by a sneaky little snowboarding-hotshot-maybe 10 year old girl...I tried my luck on skis with my 9 year old daughter.

How come they can snowboard and ski faster than me?? Thankfully I did not break my back but only re-aligned my spine and neck ( not by choice ) and had a few moments to consider interest rates.

Maria Burton at Windermere Mortgage Services. Please note that rates today are less than they were a year ago. Why is this important...BECAUSE THEY ARE LOWER THAN THEY WERE A YEAR AGO.
