Spokane Inventory

Glad you asked about inventory... we do have more homes on the market this year!  What we are seeing is a trend towards a more normal market in Spokane.  The last few years have been extremely busy.  In fact, 2005 set a new record with over 1 billion dollars worth of sales in Spokane County.  2006 was the second highest year ever reported to the Spokane Multiple Listing Service.  See below:
 
"Inventory as of the time of this report ( September 1, 2007 ) stands at 3,241 active residential listings, up approximately 26% over one year ago."

Still researching the foreclosures.  But, the good news is we haven't seen too many here yet.
