According to Spokane Multiple Listing Service Data, the Spokane Real Estate Market is still strong.  The year to date closed sales figure for the first 8 months of 2007 show that sales are down only 4% when compared to the first eight month period of 2006.  There were 4,871 closed sales reported year to date compared to 5,076 in 2006.  The year to date average sales price is $212,023 up 10.3% over last year and the year to date median price is $186,000 up 8.1% over last year.
